Two Gold dredging claims on North Fork of FortyMile river in Alaska
These claims are river bottom dredging only and not for metal detecting or high banking.
Access is by jet boat or Hovercraft.
I have only spent about three days on these two claims in the 6 years I owned them and since I have more claims than I can mine right now, these Claims are being sold.
Pictures were taken in 2013 and 2014 during my first and second trip to Alaska while I was testing the claims and updating the corners.
I have only worked a few of the crevices and one small patch of the approx.18 acres that are available for dredging on these claims.
The picture of the gold shows what was found during that 3-4 day testing.
There are about 9 Acres of river area for each claim.
Unless there was a recent rain event the water in normally very clear.
Claims seem to have from about 1 to 3 foot overburden to get to bedrock in most places on the claims.
All fees, paper work, and permits are up to date.
Rent paid thru 8/30/2019
affidavit of annual labor recorded for 2018
These are State River Bottom dredging claims.
At time of sale you will receive complete owner ship of the claims.
$1,750 or, a total of 3.5 ounces clean gold for both claims.
